The project began many years ago, when I was in my early twenties. I had successfully went though a psycho-spiritual crisis by understanding a natural pattern - the Subjectivity Principle - and by consistently applying a simple mathematical implication to all problems and thoughts. As will be discussed in the following sections, the Subjectivity Principle, which I accidentally discovered, is one of many cognitive schemas leading to the emotional stability.

Welcome to the Emotional Stability Training Project. The project aims to help people with mental disorders and illnesses, as well as general progress, because people's emotions and ways of thinking affect all aspects of human society. A number of therapists, coaches, doctors and mental health researchers are currently doing excellent work. However, something is still missing to achieve unequivocal success. Coincidentally, the author was able to find this missing piece many years ago and clearly overcome his own psychospiritual crisis. In general, we can say that the missing piece for understanding mental health is understanding the implications of the unrestricted plasticity of neurons in relation to the emotional centers of the human brain. From the perspective of our inner world of thought, this is a subjectivity of problems whose consequences are extreme. The project attempts to follow the scientific method, i.e. to work with well-defined concepts, including considerations of how we might test the hypotheses.
